City of Lebanon
A 13 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Obstructing a Highway or Other Public Passage after an incident on 5-30-19 at 1505 hours at N. 8th and Church Streets. Police allege the juvenile was asked several times to remove herself from the street as she was blocking traffic and she refused, subsequently she was taken into custody and cited. During the same incident a 14 year old male was charged with Obstructing Highways or Other Public Passages and Resisting Arrest. Charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
A 19 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 5-22-19 at 1000 hours at 8th and Lehman Streets.
A 50 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Trespass on 5-15-19 at 1215 hours on the 1000 block of E. Mifflin Street.
A charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia has been filed against Luis Cruz-Rodriguez a 23 year old Lebanon resident after a disturbance on 5-30-19 at 1205 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street. Cruz was found to have a Bench Warrant for arrest through Lebanon County authorities. He was transported to LCCB and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of the warrant.
Charges of Disorderly Conduct (2 counts) have been filed against Quadir Mitchell a 40 year old Chambersburg resident after an incident on 5-01-19 at 1038 hours at 400 S. 8th Street. Mitchell is accused of causing a disturbance on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building requiring Sheriff Deputy interaction. No one was injured during this incident.
Anthony Baker a 33 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Criminal Trespass, Possession of a Designer Drug and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on 5-31-19 at 0616 hours on the 300 block of N. Jones Street. Baker is accused of breaking into the vacant home while not having the right or privilege to be in the home. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Eric Fox a 37 year old Annville resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 5-31-19 at 1400 hours on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street. Fox is accused of striking the 30 year old victim causing minor injury to her leg. He is also accused of threatening her with the use of a taser. Fox was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $3,000 bail.
Cheryl Hillard a 44 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (5 counts), Possessing Instruments of Crime and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 6-01-19 at 1812 hours on the 00 block of S. 11th Street. Hillard is accused of entering into a verbal dispute with another person then retrieving a handgun from her purse carrying it toward several of the victims causing them to fear she may shoot them. A handgun was recovered from Hillard. She is the owner of the handgun. No one was injured as a result of this incident. Hillard was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Myerstown Borough
On May 30 at 2:12pm at N. Railroad St and W. Washington Ave in Myerstown Boro, PSP Jonestown Troopers responded to reports of an active domestic dispute. Upon arrival to the scene it was discovered the Victim had been strangled and assaulted by her significant other. Appropriate charges were filed and an arrest warrant was obtained for the Actor, 36 year old Daniel Watkins of Schaefferstown.

Police encountered vehicles on the parking lot. A male, juvenile, 16 years of age was cited for curfew and disorderly conduct (juvenile ran from the police and was uncooperative) another male, 17 years of age was cited for curfew.

Traffic stop for an expired inspection Jazz Chisholm, 27, Annville was cited for Driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection. It was discovered Dauphin County had warrants issued for Probation Violations and failure to appear. He was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.
THEFT OF SERVICES, TAMPERING WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES

900 BLK OF YORK ST – LEBANON
A 55 year old Lebanon man was charged with Theft of Services, Tampering with Public Utilities after he repeatedly turned-on the water service, after it was shut off by the Lebanon Water Authority for non- payment of an out-standing water/sewer bill.
North Londonderry Township
On May 31 at 5:15pm, Justin Marx, a 29 year old Pottsville man, was charged with Retail Theft after he exited Wal-Mart and failed to pay for (12) items valued at $475.00.
Following an incident at Wal-Mart on April 17 at 6:54pm, a 42 year old Annville man was cited for Harassment after he was observed on store surveillance shoving another male.
