Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 27 year old Lebanon man after contact with police on 7-31-19 at 1655 hours on the 500 block of N. Gannon Street.
Charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Conspiracy to Receiving Stolen Property have been filed against a 15 year old male from North Lebanon Township, a 15 year old male Lebanon resident and a 13 year old male from West Lebanon Township on 7-28-19 at 1945 hours on the 700 block of N. 6th Street. The three juveniles are alleged to have fled on foot from a stolen vehicle. Police apprehended the three after a short foot pursuit. The charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance (3 cts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against 39 year old Anthony Miles and 36 year old Nichole Miles of Lebanon after contact with police on 6-20-19 at 1054 hours on the 1200 block of Maple Street.
Allison Matusiak a 24 year old Cleona resident has been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug, possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness on 8-11-19 at 1510 hours on the 400 block of N. Jones Street. She was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Matusiak was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
Allison Matusiak a 24 year old Cleona resident has been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness on 8-12-19 at 2128 hours on the 100 block of S. 9th Street. She was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Jonathan Ortiz a 28 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief and Terroristic Threats (domestic violence related) after an incident on 7-28-19 at 0127 hours on the 100 block of N. 8th Street. Ortiz is accused of breaking through the apartment door of the victim and causing damage within the apartment. He is also accused of calling the 23 year old victim threatening to kill her as she was not present in the apartment at the time of the burglary. Ortiz was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Ortiz was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Charges of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked – DUI related and Protective Equipment for Motorcycle Riders have been filed against 58 year old Nelson Torres after a single vehicle motorcycle accident on 8-01-19 at 1244 hours at Chestnut and 6th Streets. Torres had received minor injuries as a result of the accident.
A 15 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 8-09-19 at 0956 hours at Peach and Walton Streets. The male is accused of punching the 28 year old victim multiple times causing injury to her face. The charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
Marcelino Caldron a 57 year old with no permanent address and Anastacio Morales a 57 year old with no permanent address have both been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness after contact with police on 8-12-19 at 1935 hours at Walton and S. Partridge Streets. They were transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Caldron and Morales were incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Marlon Martinez a 45 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 8-12-19 at 1337 hours on the 500 block of East Weidman Street. Martinez is accused of making phone contact with the 40 year old victim; she was not injured as a result of the contact. Martinez was apprehended and taken before Judge Bradford Charles for arraignment. Martinez was released on $50 unsecured bail.
Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Unlawful Activities have been filed against Kathy Reichert-Wise a 47 year old Palmyra resident after a traffic stop on 7-14-19 at 2346 hours at E. Cumberland Street and 1st Avenue. Police allege her BAC was .286% at the time of the accident.
Anthony Santiago a 31 year old North Lebanon Township resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 8-13-19 at 1923 hours on the 100 block of S. 6th Street. Santiago is accused of making phone contact with the 27 year old victim; she was not injured as a result of the contact. Santiago was taken to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Santiago was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Two 11 year old males from Lebanon have been charged with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief after an incident on 8-08-19 at 2025 hours on the 900 block of Maple Street. The two juveniles are accused of entering the property and causing damage in the amount of approximately $100. The charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
Charges of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked DUI Related and Fraudulent Use or Removal of a Registration Plate have been filed against Duane Milburn a 50 year old Palmyra resident after a traffic stop on 6-16-19 at 1055 hours on the 00 block of N. 4th Street.
Myerstown Borouogh
In the commission of this crime on May 6 at 4:00pm, the suspect, an Annville Township landscaping firm, provided a check to the victim, a 54 year old Myerstown woman. The check was returned for insufficient funds.
In the commission of this crime on August 12 at 3:58pm at E. Main Ave and S. Railroad Street, Accused 1, John Hottenstein, a 56 year old Myerstown man, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop a pill bottle with the label removed, containing suspected controlled substances, was observed lying in plain view in the vehicle. Accused 1 was asked to exit the vehicle. While speaking with Accused 1 outside of the vehicle, more pill bottles were observed in Accused 1’s short pockets. Accused 1 was told to place his hands behind his back. Accused 1 disobeyed commands and began to actively resist arrest. Accused 1 was forcefully taken to the ground where he continued to resist for approximately 30 more seconds. Accused 1 was eventually taken in to custody after physical restraint methods were applied. After Accused 1 was secured, a search incident to arrest was conducted on him. The pill bottles were seized and observed to contain numerous types of controlled substances, to include suspected bulk heroin, bulk methamphetamine, and a large amount of prescription medication. Accused 1 was transported to PSP Jonestown. The charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (5 CTS), Possession of a Controlled Substance (5 CTS), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Arrest were completed on Accused 1. Accused 1 was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking, where he was arraigned on $100,000 monetary bail. Another passenger, Accused 2, Marshall Kline, a 42 year old Myerstown man, was found in possession of suspected heroin, methamphetamine, and pills during the stop. Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance (3 CTS) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were filed on Accused 2. Involved: 1999 Nissan Quest.
