In the commission of this crime between August 16 at 10pm and August 17 at 8:15am on the 300 block of W. Main Street, an unknown actor spray painted the hood of the victim’s vehicle. 07-21-2019 (Sunday) 02:00 80 Rocherty Road, a 29 year old Lebanon woman was stopped for no rear lights traffic violation. She was charged with DUI, Disregard Traffic Lane and No Rear Lights.
08-11-2019 (Sunday) 01:32 Walnut @ S 20th Street – Traffic stop for an expired registration; a North Cornwall man was charged with Marijuana-Small Amount for Personal Use.
08-11-2019 (Sunday) 01:05 Cumberland Street at 22nd Street -Traffic stop for no front and rear lights: A 17 YOA male juvenile was cited for the North Cornwall Township Curfew Ordinance and Driving without a license.
08-13-2019 (Tuesday) 16:17 Accident – Parking Lot of 924 Russell Drive; an 81 year old Lebanon man reversed into a legally parked vehicle owned by a 46 year old Robesonia man causing damage. No injuries reported.
08-14-2019 (Wednesday) 23:17 a 20 year old Palmyra woman was traveling southbound in the 2100 block of Colebrook Road. She struck a deer as it crossed the road in front of her, causing major damage to the front of her vehicle. Deer was deceased, no injury reported by the driver and vehicle was towed.
08-15-2019 (Thursday) 10:17 Accident Rocherty Road and Quentin Road; a 74 year old Maytown, PA man was making a left turn onto RT 72 and struck a 16 YOA female juvenile who was going east through the intersection. No injuries, vehicles were driven.
08-15-2019 Thursday) 1600 block of Cumberland Street, police stopped a 17 YOA male juvenile for riding his bicycle without lights; he was cited for a violation of the North Cornwall Township Curfew Ordinance.
North Londonderry Township
North Londonderry Township Police charged Melissa Ann Lehman with 2 counts of Misd. Retail Theft. On two separate occasions between July 30 and August 5, Lehman failed to scan and pay for merchandise at Wal-Mart totaling $146.35.
North Londonderry Township Police have charged a 25 year old Salam, VA man, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on June 3 at 11:38pm on the 1000 block of E. Main Street, in which he was a passenger.
