City of Lebanon
A 58 years old woman and a 37 years old man both of Lebanon have been cited for Public Drunkenness on 8-30-19 at 1910 hours on the 700 block of Locust Street.
A 38 year old man and a 37 year old woman both with no permanent address have been cited for Trespass on 8-26-19 at 1726 hours on the 300 block of N. 8th Street.
A 23 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Dogs Running At Large on 8-23-19 at 1740 hours on the 300 block of N. 10th Street.
A 26 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 9-02-19 at 0055 hours on the 1100 block of Willow Street.
A 55 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 8-25-19 at 2134 hours on the 1100 block of Maple Street.
A 26 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 8-31-19 at 0343 hours on the 900 block of Spring Street.
A 23 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 8-28-19 at 1020 hours at 508 Oak Street.
Charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Designer Drug have been filed against 23 year old Kyler Kohr of Lebanon after contact with police on 8-12-19 at 1320 hours at 102 S. 8th Street. Kohr is accused of being in possession of a stolen vehicle out of Dauphin County and possessing a controlled substance. He was incarcerated at LCCF on a probation violation on the date of the incident.
A 58 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Retail Theft on 8-26-19 at 1250 hours at 1136 Federal Street. Warren is accused of taking merchandise from the store in the amount of $2.11 without paying for said merchandise.
Aa 38 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 9-05-19 at 0128 hours on the 700 block of Arnold Street.
Michael Gant a 29 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition (fugitive from justice) after contact with police on 9-02-19 at 1406 hours on the 800 block of Scull Street. Gant was wanted by authorities in on a parole violation for robbery. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Gant was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Danny Sadinas-Simon a 33 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 8-30-19 on the 800 block of Lehman Street. Sadinas is accused of contacting the 36 year old victim via messaging. The victim was not injured as a result of the contact. Sadinas was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned by MDJ John Ditzler and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
Malik Hunter a 21 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 8-31-19 at 1936 hours on the 600 block of Maple Street. Hunter is accused of making a third party threat to kill the 21 year old victim. Hunter was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Jackson Township
On September 4 at 8:45pm, a State Trooper started searching buildings on the 400 block of Elco Drive for anyone inside. At this time, the Trooper came across Timothy Getz, a 35 year old Myerstown man, inside a barn engulfed in smoke. Getz was given verbal commands to leave the building and refused. Getz started striking the Trooper and he was taken into custody. Investigation is ongoing. Getz faces a second-degree felony charge of Aggravated Assault and was remanded to Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 bail. LebTown will be following up this story. On August 6 at 10:59am, at W. Lincoln Ave/E. Cumberland St., a traffic stop conducted by members of PSP-Jonestown found the operator to be under the influence of marijuana. A search of the vehicle was completed and yielded the seizure of marijuana. The case remains open pending additional forensic testing. Involved: 2014 Toyota Corolla Impala.
North Cornwall Township
Tuesday, 09/03/2019 08:14 – Two vehicles were traveling south on Cornwall Road. A 20 year old Lebanon man failed to see a 76 year old Lebanon man preparing to turn left onto Tuck Street. The younger man ran into the rear of the older man causing heavy damage to his vehicle. No injuries reported, vehicles were towed.
North Londonderry Township
On August 2 at 6:06pm a 39 year old Annville man was charged after a vehicle accident in which he struck an occupied vehicle in the parking lot and failed to remain on scene and provide accident information.
On September 3 at 12:15pm, a 71 year old Annville woman proceeded from a stop sign at the intersection of Plaza Drive and Maple Street when it was not clear. Her vehicle entered a 44 year old Mechanicsburg man’s lane of travel on Maple Street. The man took evasive action to avoid the woman’s car and struck a commercial truck operated by a 46 year old Hummelstown man. The woman was cited for the stop sign violation and the man was cited for driving with an invalid driver’s license.
