Another Dollar General is coming to Lebanon County, and will be located nearby Eagle Rental, less than three miles from the next-closest location.
First identified as the incoming business by West Cornwall Township and then confirmed by Dollar General itself, the new location is expected to open in early 2020.
“We do not currently have any plans to close our 1741 Quentin Road in Lebanon, Pennsylvania,” said Dollar General spokesperson Angela Petkovic of the existing store located next to K-Mart in North Cornwall Township.
The new store was said to have a street address of 2550 Quentin Road. Although this address appears on GPS applications like Google Maps as being on the northern side of Eagle Rental, the Dollar General lot is actually to the south of Eagle Rental.
Petkovic said the store was expected to hire up to 10 employees.
“When choosing store locations, meeting customers’ needs is Dollar General’s top priority,” said Petkovic. “The company looks for places where we can offer customers an easy and convenient shopping choice.”
“We know convenience is a major factor in our customers’ shopping decisions as we generally serve customers within a three to five mile radius, or 10 minute drive.”
