City of Lebanon

A 42 year old Lebanon man cited for Public Drunkenness on 11-08-19 at 2040 hours at Spring and Liberty Streets.

A 61 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Scattering Rubbish on 11-05-19 at 1700 hours on the 100 block of Bowman Street.

A 26 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 11-10-19 at 1318 hours on the 400 block of N. Gannon Street.

A 19 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Criminal Mischief and Harassment on 11-10-19 at 1239 hours on the 1100 block of Mifflin Street.

A 54 year old Annville man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 11-08-19 at 1540 hours at 508 Oak Street.

A charge of Theft has been filed against a 46 year old Lebanon man after investigation into a theft which occurred on 9-13-19 at 1043 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street. He is accused of taking a packaged delivered to the victim knowing the package did not belong to him. Total loss to the victim is $60.00.

Charges of Forgery, Identity Theft and Theft have been filed against Bryant Gray a 32 year old York resident after investigation into the alleged passing of a check to a banking facility on 9-17-19 at 1449 hours on the 500 block of Willow Street. Gray is accused of committing forgery by writing the name of another on a check and attempting to pass the check as a valid check for exchange of money. Bank employees discovered the check to be fraudulent. When Gray was confronted he fled the bank. No money was exchanged with Gray at the bank.

A charge of Access Device Fraud has been filed against an 18 year old Lebanon man after investigation into the use of a credit card without the permission of the owner of the credit card on 10-02-19 at 2105 hours on the 00 block of E. Maple Street. Total loss to the victim is $20.19.

Charges of Criminal Mischief, Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against a 53 year old North Lebanon Township man after an incident on 10-25-19 at 0228 hours on the 1000 block of Chestnut Street. He is accused of causing a disturbance and damaging doors at an apartment building. Total loss due to the alleged damage is $550.00.

Omar Rodriguez a 24 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Resisting Arrest on 11-10-19 at 0201 hours on the 400 block of N. Jones Street. Rodriguez is accused of striking the 25 year old victim with a closed fist causing injury to her face and body. Rodriguez was fleeing upon police arrival, after a short foot pursuit he was apprehended. During the apprehension, Rodriguez is accused of resisting efforts by police to handcuff and place him in the rear of the police vehicle. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Cornwall Borough

Cornwall Borough Police have filed charges for simple possession of marijuana as a result of traffic contact with 21 year old Giamo Lao of 334 Pamela Lane, Lebanon Pa.

On June 16 2019 at approximately 0347 hours Cornwall Borough Police Department was investigating a suspicious vehicle parked along Pamela Lane. As a result Officers located a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle.

Accident – Occurred Saturday, 7:30 AM, on SR 72 near Williams Drive. A northbound tractor-trailer driven by a 35-year-old Atlanta, GA man collided with a northbound Jeep driven by a 53-year-old Glenside woman. After impact the Jeep caught fire and passerby’s assisted in getting the Atlanta man and a passenger, a 43-year-old Bristol woman, out of the vehicle. The Glenside woman and Bristol woman were transported to Hershey Medical Center for treatment of injuries; the Atlanta man was not injured. The Glenside woman’s vehicle was destroyed by the flames and was towed from the scene. The investigation continues.

Scam – A Rexmont couple reported November 4th that they lost $17,078.00 in a scam that began October 29th when they received a call from a subject identifying himself as being with the Nevada Lottery Sweepstakes, informing them they had won 3.5 million dollars. The caller told them in order to receive the winnings they needed to send $2,033.00 , a $500.00 money gram, and a $45.00 gift card to the US Treasury Department in Winchester, TN. The victims were further instructed that the Prize Patrol was on the way to their residence with the winnings provided they would send an additional $14,500.00 to an address in Hartford, CT. The victims advised after they sent the money the Prize Patrol never arrived.

North Cornwall Township

10-31-2019, a 20-year-old Mount Gretna man was charged with DUI and traffic violations after he was observed by police to be swerving over the fog lines while driving around the area of South 22nd Street and Walnut Street. (Name withheld as charges not yet filed in the Unified Judicial System.)

11-07-2019, A 31-year-old Lebanon man was traveling south on S Mill Street. While rounding a turn in the roadway, he lost control of his vehicle on the wet road. His vehicle struck two large rocks in the front yard of 535 S Mill St. The rocks were moved about 3 feet and his vehicle sustained severe damage to the front of his red Chevrolet pickup truck. He did not report any injuries on scene, vehicle was towed.

11-11-2019 @ 1132 hours Mary Sullivan, 59, Lebanon was charged with Theft by Deception for removing $197.62 from the register at Puff Super Value, E. Penn Avenue over several days.

11-07-2019 @ 1330 hours – A 46-year-old Annville man was stopped for a cracked windshield. He was charged with Driving while Driver’s License is Suspended or revoked, DUI related with multiple prior convictions and Safety Glass-Replacement of Glass. (Name withheld as charges not yet filed in the Unified Judicial System.)

North Londonderry Township

The North Londonderry Township Police Department has concluded a drug investigation in which a juvenile male sold a vape pen cartridge, containing THC, a controlled substance, to another student while attending classes at the Palmyra High School. Charges were filed of Drug Delivery and Drug Possession. According to the report, the incident took place on Sept. 24 at the high school around 8:45 p.m.

Swatara Township

On Nov. 8 at 1:13 p.m. on I-78 W, State Police stopped a 2019 Ford Fusion driven by Darius White, a 33-year-old Covington, GA man, after observing numerous traffic violations. During the stop, numerous indications of criminal activity were observed and a search was conducted on the above vehicle. The search resulted in the discovery of numerous pounds of suspected marijuana being trafficked illegally. The driver was arrested and taken to Lebanon County Central Booking on felony criminal charges.

West Cornwall Township

Harassment – A 26 year old female was charged for harassment on 10-29-2019 at 1900 hours for having physical contact with another adult female that occurred at a West Cornwall Twp Health facility.
