City of Lebanon
An 11 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 11-22-19 at 1225 hours at 35 S. 8th Street.
A 19 year old Lebanon man and a 22 year old Lebanon woman have been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 11-01-19 at 0121 hours on the 100 block of Van Buren Street. During this same incident charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana were filed against a 19 year old Lebanon man.
A 14 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Curfew on 11-30-19 at 2322 hours on the 1500 block of Cumberland Street.
A 38 year old Williamsport man has been cited for Retail Theft and Public Drunkenness on 11-27-19 at 1129 hours. He was cited for Public Drunkenness at 1910 hours this same date at 33 S. 8th Street and also cited for Public Drunkenness on 11-28-19 at 1256 hours at 835 Bowman Street.
A 31 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on 11-17-19 at 1947 hours on the 500 block of Church Street.
Dane Strangarity a 33 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 11-26-19 at 1758 hours on the 200 block of E. Cumberland Street. He is accused of threatening the 30 year old victim with a knife. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident. Strangarity was apprehended after the incident and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against 24 year old Chandler Mader a Lebanon resident after investigation into an incident on 8-26-19 at 2002 hours on the 500 block of E. Mifflin Street.
Savannah Myers a 23 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Strangulation, Simples Assault (domestic violence related) and Possessing Instruments of Crime after an incident on 11-24-19 at 0202 hours on the 1000 block of Cumberland Street. Myers is accused of threatening the 25 year old victim with a knife and stabbing the victim on his side causing minor injuries. She is also accused of choking the victim to the point he had difficulty breathing. Myers was apprehended and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
A charge of Furnishing a Drug Free Urine has been filed against Jonathan Kennedy a 35 year old Harrisburg resident after he is accused of attempting to provide urine that was not his, through a device while providing the urine sample to a Lebanon County Probation Officer. This occurred on 11-18-19 at 1620 hours at 508 Oak Street.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Registration and Certificate of Title Required have been filed against a 20 year old Lebanon man after a traffic stop on 10-27-19 at 0053 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against a 19 year old Lebanon man after traffic stop on 10-19-19 at 1304 hours at N. 10th and Lehman Streets.
Charges of Endangering the Welfare of Children and Recklessly Endangering Another Person have been filed against Denisse Alvarado-Matos a 28 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 12-01-19 at 0204 hours on the 1000 block of Chestnut Street. Alvarado is accused of leaving her three children ages 2, 5 and 6 alone in her apartment for approximately 2 hours, from about 0030 hours to 0230 hours, while she went to a smoking lounge with friends. The children were not injured during the time left alone but, one of the children did call his father who in turn contacted police.
A charge of Theft has been filed against Kenneth Conner a 59 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into the incident which occurred on 11-20-19 at 0920 hours on the 00 block of N. 6th Street. Conner is accused of taking the property of another, removing it from the rear yard of the residence. Total loss to the victim is $10.00.
Charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property have been filed against Michael Melendez a 53 year old South Lebanon resident after investigation into the theft which occurred on 11-24-19 at 2017 hours on the 100 block of S. 7th Street. Melendez is accused of taking money from the 58 year old victim while he visiting her at her residence. Total loss to the victim is $200.00.
Ehab Desouky a 49 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Strangulation and Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 12-02-19 at 0923 hours on the 300 block of N. Harrison Street. Desouky is accused of choking the 46 year old victim to the point she could not breathe. She had minor injuries from being choked. Desouky fled prior to police arrival however; he turned himself in at the police department a few hours later. He was taken to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. Desouky was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Dane Paxton a 55 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 11-29-19 at 1906 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street. Paxton is accused of entering the apartment of the 41 year old victim and confronted her, which is a violation of the Emergency PFA. Paxton was apprehended a short distance from the apartment and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $75,000 bail. Additional drug charges are pending against Paxton.
Anastasia Brown a 30 year old Harrisburg resident has been charged with Robbery, Burglary, Simple Assault and Criminal Trespass after an incident on 12-03-19 at 0737 hours on the 300 block of N. 5th Avenue. Brown is accused of forcing her way into the apartment of the 31 year old victim, grabbing her by her hair and punching her several times. She is also accused of taking the victims cell phone as she was on the phone with the police dispatcher reporting the incident. Brown is alleged to have removed a television as well as her (Brown’s) two children from the residence. Brown was confronted by police in the foyer of the residence and still had possession of the victim’s cell phone as well as her two children. The children were not injured during this incident but, the victim did suffer minor injuries. Brown was apprehended and taken to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
A charge of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana has been filed against a 16 year old female from Lebanon after an incident on 12-04-19 at 0240 hours on the 300 block of Federal Street. Charges have been forwarded to the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office Juvenile Division.
East Hanover Township
This crash occurred on Dec. 2 at 1:41 p.m. as Unit 1, a 2008 Dodge Caliber driven by a 19-year-old Fredericksburg woman, was traveling north on Ono Road near its intersection with Hellmandale Road, E. Hanover Township, Lebanon County. Operator 1 lost control of Unit 1 as she was negotiating a slight left-hand curve. Unit 1 left the roadway where she struck a mailbox on the east shoulder, Unit 1 also overturned multiple times. Unit 1 sustained disabling damage to the front from overturning. Operator 1 reported unknown injuries as a result of this crash.
On Nov. 25 at 6:55 p.m. at the intersection of Jonestown Road and Grave Hill Road, a traffic stop conducted by members of PSP-Jonestown found the operator, Lisa Kanzler, a 47-year-old Grantville woman, to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges for this incident have been filed in Magisterial District Court 52-3-04. Involved: 2002 Ford Explorer
Myerstown Borough
On Nov. 30 at 7:35 a.m. on the 300 block of W. Main Ave, an unknown male actor entered the 35-year-old Myerstown woman’s residence by unknown means. The actor advise the victim that he needed to use the bathroom. The victim advised the actor to leave in which he did. Nothing was reported missing and the actor left, traveling west on Madison Alley. The actor is described as a white non-Hispanic male approximately 6’02” tall and 220 lbs, possibly in his late 30’s, early 40’s, with light colored curly hair, a stubbly beard, wearing a fluorescent pink t-shirt, a black leather jacket, black tight fitting “legging” type pants with multicolored polka dots, black shoes, and a black duffle bag/handbag. North Cornwall Township
Accident – Wednesday, December 4, 2019 @ 15:54 hours. A 17 YOA Lebanon juvenile struck the rear of a 49-year-old Lebanon woman at the intersection of York Street and Cornwall Road. The 49-year-old complained of neck pain and was taken to Wellspan/Good Samaritan Hospital by First Aid and Safety Patrol. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed from the scene.
12-07-2019 @ 2145 Accident West Cumberland Street at S16th Street. An 18-year-old Lebanon man hit the back of a 22-year-old Lebanon woman. No injuries were driven away from the scene.
12-08-2019 @ 1942 hours – Accident 2156 Quentin Road. A 61-year-old Lebanon woman was traveling southbound on Quentin Road. She said she was looking to turn left onto Zinns Mill Road. Upon turning left, she drove off the roadway into a ditch.
12-08-2019 @ 1942 hours – Accident at Quentin Road and Zinns Mill Road. A 24-year year-old Lebanon woman was traveling northbound on Quentin Road. She observed a vehicle, from a previous accident, in the ditch. She glanced away from the roadway to look at the vehicle and struck a vehicle driven by a 16 YOA male, who was slowing down for the traffic in front of him. Her vehicle suffered severe front end damage and also had driver’s side air bag deployment. Her vehicle was towed, the juvenile was able to drive away, no injuries were reported.
North Lebanon Township
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – A 61-year-old Myerstown woman was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident that occurred on December 1, on the Walmart parking lot, 1355 E. Lehman Street, Lebanon.
North Londonderry Township Police
North Londonderry Township Police have charged John Mayeresky, a 44-year-old New Bloomfield man, with driving while DUI suspended, driving while a habitual offender, accidents involving damage to unattended property, and immediate notice of accident to police. This was following a Nov. 25 incident in which Mayeresky was involved in an accident and failed to remain on scene or notify police.
Joshua Kingston, a 32-year-old Berwick man, was charged with retail theft after he failed to pay for merchandise valued at $92.21 at Walmart on Nov. 9 at 11:06 a.m.
A 26-year-old Palmyra woman was cited with Confinement of Dogs and Applications for Dog Licenses after two of her dogs were found running at large and were not property licensed. Incident occurred on Dec. 3 at 7:41 a.m. at Park Dr. and Ash St.
Arlee Ann Sutton, a 37-year-old Lebanon woman, was charged with retail theft in connection with an incident that occurred on Nov. 24, 2019 Sutton under-rang a total of twenty-two store items. The total amount of the theft was two hundred and fifty-three dollars and eighty-seven cents ($253.87).
South Annville Township
On Dec. 4 Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown conducted a traffic stop on SR934 south of Reigert Lane in South Annville Township. The operator of the vehicle, Brenda Ritter, a 50-year-old Ephrata woman, was subsequently arrested for DDUI and the appropriate charges have been filed. Involved: 2002 Chrysler Town & Country
Union Township
On Nov. 27 at 10:36 p.m., at the 2400 block of SR72, members of PSP-Jonestown stopped to assist a disabled motorist and found the operator to be asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle. Marijuana and other drug paraphernalia were located within the plain view and the vehicle operator, a 51-year-old Lebanon man, has been charged with Possession – Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and additional summary violations. Involved: 2001 Toyota Tundra
West Lebanon Township
Burglary – Eric Pabon – age 27 – 144 Millview Court, Lebanon, PA was charged with burglary and criminal trespass as a result of an incident that occurred on December 3, 2019, at 2408 Guilford Street, Lebanon, PA.
