A 42 year old Columbia man has been cited for Retail Theft after investigation into the theft which occurred on 12-04-19 at 1500 hours at 435 S. 9th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $42.99.
A 23 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Retail Theft after investigation into the theft which occurred on 11-29-19 at 1604 hours on the 800 block of S. 12th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $40.00.
A 56 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Trespassing on 1-01-20 at 0046 hours on the 400 block of Pershing Ave.
A 33 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Vaccination Required and Required Dog License after an incident on 12-05-19 at 1505 hours on the 100 block of S. 9th Street.
A 21 year old Orefield PA man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 1-03-20 at 0110 hours at N. 7th and Canal Streets.
A 28 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 12-24-19 at 0352 hours on the 400 block of Spruce Street.
A 27 year old man and a 24 year old woman, both Lebanon residents, have been cited for Harassment after an incident on 12-19-19 at 1850 hours on the 800 block of Cumberland Street.
Angel DeJesus a 19 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 12-26-19 at 0032 hours on the 400 block of Decatur Street. DeJesus is accused of pushing the 19 year old victim to the ground during an argument. The victim struck her head on the road causing a laceration requiring medical treatment. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned by MDJ Thomas Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.
A charge of Retail Theft (felony) has been filed against Kenneth McLeod a 57 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into the theft which occurred between 11-24-19 and 12-11-19. McLeod is accused of taking merchandise from the store between the above listed dates. The store is located at 800 S. 12th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $481.76.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Duties at Stop Signs has been filed against Madison Peters a 23 year old Lebanon resident and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana has been filed against Raymond Persaud Jr. a 24 year old South Lebanon resident after a traffic stop on 11-08-19 at 0918 hours on the 700 block of Poplar Street.
Valerie Clark a 43 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Retail Theft (felony) after a theft on 12-23-19 at 1408 hours at 415 S. 9th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $18.78.
Charges of Prohibited Offensive Weapons, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Leah Long a 30 year old Palmyra resident after an incident on 11-25-19 at 1224 hours at S. Liberty and Chestnut Streets. Long was incarcerated the day of the incident on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant.
Charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, Registration and Certificate of Title Required, Unauthorized Transfer or Use of Registration, Operation of Vehicle Without Official Inspection and Evidence of Emission Inspection have been filed against Adalberto Beniquez-Rodriguez a 33 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic stop on 12-14-19 at 0150 hours on the 00 block of N. 10th Street. Beniquez was incarcerated the date of the traffic stop on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant.
Ryan Perini a 32 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Arson and Recklessly Endangering Another Person after an incident on 12-29-19 at 1325 hours on the 400 block of E. Chestnut Street. Perini is accused of starting a fire in the kitchen of his home while a family member was present in the home. The fire caused minor damage to the kitchen area and was extinguished prior to police and firemen arriving. Perini was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.
A charge of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended DUI related (misdemeanor) has been filed against Anthony Beck a 35 year old North Lebanon Township resident after a traffic accident at 8th and Cumberland Streets on 12-21-19 at 1827 hours. No one was injured during the accident. Beck is accused of having 5 prior offenses for driving DUI suspended.
Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Park Rules and Regulations have been filed against Angel Gonzalez a 22 year old Lebanon resident and Mariangely Vega-Martinez a 19 year old also from Lebanon after being found in a City Park when the park is closed to the public on 11-15-19 at 2007 hours at S. 13th and Washington Streets.
A charge of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana has been filed against Tymeek Stanton a 27 year old Lebanon resident after being taken into custody on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant. The incident occurred on 12-09-19 at 1337 hours on the 600 block of Guilford Street.
North Cornwall Township
12-122019 at 0011 hours – Dashawn Elyjah Tyrone Buie, 22, Lebanon was charged with DUI, Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Operation of Vehicle without Valid Inspection after he was stopped for heavily tinted windows and a faulty registration plate.
01-01-2020 at 2330 hours Rafael A. Davila, 25, Reading was stopped for heavily tinted windows. He was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, unlawful activities (window tint) and Drivers required to be licensed.
North Lebanon Township
Theft by Deception & Retail Theft – Diana Cuevas – age 52 – 506 Lehman Street, Lebanon, was charged with theft by deception and 4 counts of retail theft after incidents that occurred in December after failing to pay for items valued at $90.
North Londonderry Township
In an incident that occurred around 10:25 a.m. on Jan. 3 on the 00 block of Dianna Drive, Lisa Talamonti, a 49-year-old Annville woman, was arrested and charged with violation a Protection from Abuse Order. She was evicted from a residence due to the Protection Order. Police were notified by the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department that Talamonti may be inside the residence. Police and Sheriff’s Department responded and located Talamonti hiding in the basement. She was taken into custody and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.
On Jan. 3 at 3:02 p.m., police responded to the 300 blk of Campbelltown Road for a two vehicle non-reportable accident. An 18-year-old Palmyra man’s vehicle truck the rear of a 49-year-old Palmyra woman’s vehicle while the man was exiting the Palmyra High School. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
