Thomas L. “Tom” Van Brunt, 72, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022, at his residence. He was the husband of Linda J. (Getz) Van Brunt, with whom he celebrated 47 years in marriage.

Tom was born in Miami, FL, on June 22, 1950, to the late Clinton and Eleanor (Mazel) Van Brunt.

He was a US Marine Corps Veteran and worked at Bethlehem Steel and NARCO. He then transitioned into being a drug and counselor at the Lebanon VA Medical Center until his retirement. He was a grateful member of Alcohol Anonymous since 1985. He enjoyed traveling to the beach, especially the South Jersey Shore. He was passionate about playing, coaching, and watching sports.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Michael Van Brunt of Lebanon, Hilari Van Brunt of Raleigh, NC, Melanie Irwin of Lebanon, grandchildren, Joshua Van Brunt, Jessica Van Brunt, Elayna Van Brunt, Aaron Cabinaw, Alexander Cabinaw, Amanda Zeeger, Savannah McDonnell, great-grandchildren, Sincere, McDade, Jazliah, Mykel, Braelyn, Jalayna, and siblings, Bruce Van Brunt, Yvonne Tonini, Michael Light, and Deborah Eisenhower.

He was preceded in death by his brother Clinton Van Brunt.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 11 AM from Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. There will be a visitation from 10 AM till 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
